• All payments are due in CFA Francs unless otherwise agreed

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from client's failure to implement recommendations

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

All intellectual property rights in our methodologies, processes, and deliverables remain with AZINUI LEGACY VENTURES SARL unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes but may not redistribute or commercialize our proprietary methods without written consent.

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• With written notice as specified in individual service agreements
• Immediately for material breach of contract
• For non-payment of fees after appropriate notice
• For any reason with mutual consent

Upon termination, all confidentiality obligations continue, and final payments become due.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon and the OHADA (Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa) framework.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through the courts of Cameroon, with preference for alternative dispute resolution methods where appropriate.
